Our leadership brings over 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning healthcare administration, public health, organizational management, workforce development, education, research, and community programming.
Our approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation, particularly in geographically isolated and resource-limited environments.

Experience That Understands Northern Realities
Our leadership has extensive experience with the Government of Nunavut, including senior executive responsibility for health operations across eight communities and coordination with out-of-territory services. Experience includes territory-wide public health programming, community needs assessments, workforce development, emergency preparedness, financial oversight, and partnerships with Indigenous communities and government agencies.
